    There's good news for Almaden homeowners. Housing website Zillow.com is reporting that rising home prices in the Silicon Valley have finally pushed many homes back above water. It’s yet another sign that the Bay Area’s housing market is recovering.     A 145,000 square foot outdoor and entertainment retail showroom is planned for the new Almaden Ranch retail center at the corner of Highway 85 and Almaden Expressway in the Almaden Valley. The Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World mega-store is due to open in 2015 and will feature a showroom for fishing boats, hunting, fishing and all kinds of outdoor gear.
